Sticky BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 rack pork baby back ribs (about 1kg)
- 200ml BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Rub all over the ribs.
- Cut the rack into sections that fit your slow cooker and stand them up along the edges.
- Mix the BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Pour over the ribs.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours until the meat is falling off the bone.
- For a sticky finish, transfer to a baking tray, brush with extra BBQ sauce, and grill for 5-10 minutes.
Tips
These are messy to eat. Embrace it. Serve with corn on the cob and coleslaw for the full BBQ experience.
